Our story
Move-Mo is the result of our founder’s personal journey towards a healthier life. Growing up, our founder struggled with their own fitness goals, facing the challenges of finding the right guidance and staying motivated. This experience ignited a passion to make fitness more achievable and enjoyable for others.
Our timeline
Beginning
December 2020 to June 2021
The first idea for MoveMo was conceived. We begin physical testing and trial & error development. Started as a simple sport technique teaching with flash cards.
Projects
2023 – 2023
The New Move-Mo 2.0 was a communication platform for Coaches under the SpeciFIT Coach branding.
Bug testing and many variations were created and improved upon, Had some technical hiccups and delays along the way.
Development
July 2021 to January 2022
Mobile Development begins. We have sufficient data and begin development with an IT team. An online sports flash card version was created. (Not called MoveMo yet)
February 2022 to December 2022
Went through many feedbacks and back to the drawing board to improve.
Deployment
2024
Pivoted to become an All-in-One platform for all Coaches regardless of Sports. Connecting Parents and Students of all ages to the right Coaches. Soft launch of the MVP launched in December 2024.
